In modern society,with the continuous development of educational informationization and the development of educational technology,new requirements have been put forward for the quality of future teachers.We must be familiar with the theoretical knowledge of educational technology and skilled in the application of relevant educational technology skills.The development of educational technology is conducive to the overall promotion of quality education and plays an important role in the process of accelerating the modernization of education.It is an indispensable part of school education and teaching.As the main force of higher education reform,university teachers bear the hope of training higher education talents.They must improve their educational technology literacy in an all-round way and promote the development of higher education informatization.At present,more and more experts and scholars have paid attention to the development of teachers 'educational technology literacy in Colleges and universities.What is the current situation of teachers' educational technology literacy in Colleges and universities and what measures should be taken to improve teachers' educational technology literacy level need to be solved urgently.The research object of this paper is teachers of Shandong undergraduate colleges and universities.Through reading relevant references,designing questionnaires and interviewing experts and scholars,the theoretical model of teachers' educational technology literacy in Colleges and universities is designed as a reference for compiling questionnaires,and the model is verified.Understanding the status quo of teachers' educational technology literacy in Shandong undergraduate colleges and universities,and after analyzing the status quo of teachers' educational technology literacy in Shandong undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper makes in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the improvement of teachers' educational technology literacy,and explores and studies the ways to improve teachers' educational technology literacy.The results show that there are significant differences in the level of educational technology literacy among university teachers in terms of age,school nature,curriculum and working life.The overall situation of teachers' educational technology literacy in Colleges and universities is shown in the following five aspects:1.Teachers' awareness of educational technology in Colleges and universities is relatively weak.2.There is a lack of educational technology theory for University teachers.3.Teachers in Colleges and universities have poor mastery of educational skills and technology-related knowledge.4.The comprehensive ability of university teachers to solve teaching problems is poor.5.College teachers neglect the aesthetic elements in teaching.According to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward the ways to improve theteachers' educational technology literacy in Shandong undergraduate colleges and universities from the three aspects of teachers,schools and training.The teachers' level includes the transformation of teachers' traditional ideas,the strengthening of subjective initiative and the importance of establishing teachers' community.The school level includes strengthening the construction of hardware and software facilities,and establishing evaluation mechanism.Incentive mechanism and pre-service education mechanism are four parts.Training level includes five parts: training objectives,training content,training methods,training environment and training effect.I hope to provide some reference for the cultivation and improvement of University teachers' educational technology literacy.
