The phenomenon of excessive burden for pupils at elementary schools has always been common in China.It seriously blocks the implementation of quality education in China.It has been disturbing the development of the Quality Oriented Education and causes certain harm for the physical and mental health development of pupils at elementary schools.Recently,the four departments including the Ministry of Education has printed and released the“notice with the regard to the development of administration operations for the training institutes outside of schools to practically reduce the extracurricular burden of pupils in elementary and middle schools”.At 10am on March 16th 2018,the thirteenth meeting of the National People's Congress was held at the Multi-function hall at Media Center.During the press conference,Chen Baosheng,the minister of the Ministry of Education,attached great importance to the issue of“counteract for the alleviation of students'burden”.Using qestionnaires method and interview method,this essay has interviewed the pupils,parentes and teachers from 3 elementary schools in H district Shanghai city to better understand the present situation of learning burden.Through statistical analysis of the survey data,showing that the problem of learning burden on students is not optimistic as a whole at present.Students have long learning time and time of sleeping generally does not meet the relevant standards.Students have bad experience during study and lack enthusiasm.Cram school takes up a lot of leisure time;knowledge taught by tutorial classes is generally difficult for students.With the growth of grade,learning burden is becoming more and more serious.Through the analysis of the problems and causes,it is found that the excessive learning burden of students mainly comes from the burden of off-campus,and the parental behavior is the main reason for the burden of learning from the extracurricular school of primary school students.Finally,according to the current situation investigation of study burden of primary students,I have more comprehensive opinions based on further analysis of learning burden.This study is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction that introduces the research background,the motive and the significance,the research ideas and the methods.According to the analysis of related materials and the understanding of existing concepts,the specific concepts of burden and learning burden in this study are defined,and the main theoretical basis of the research is proposed.The second part is the literature review,which is about the reviews of both national and abroad on the learning burden.The thired part is the Present investigation,which mainly includes the design of the research,the questionnaire and the data processing.The fourth part is the research results and the causes of the problems that explain the current situation of the learning burden of primary students.The fifth part is to provide corresponding suggestions and opinions for excessive learning burden of primary school students.And for these problems and causes,put forward some solutions to the problem,to provide some feasible recommendations for alleviating the learning burden of primary school students.The sixth part is summarises and prospects.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this study,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the propect of future research.This study only investigated the sample size of the three schools,but hoped that it would be able to play a role in the follow-up study on the learning burden of primary school students,in order to make a small contribution to the improvement of the current student's learning burden.
