With the development of the economy,the advancement of science and technology,China's internal conditions and the needs of scientific and technological development,the education and teaching of secondary vocational students has become more and more important.At the same time,with the deepening of the curriculum reform of primary and secondary schools,the reform of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools is imperative.This also puts forward higher requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.As an important part of the cultural curriculum,Chinese teaching is often boring by students.Everyone has a basic and clear understanding of the current status of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools,and there are still many problems.Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational schools is based on its special educational objects and has a strong pertinence.Chinese teaching should be more focused,so as to improve students' ability to learn independently.This is also the purpose of Chinese teaching In order to cultivate the talents that the society really needs,it is necessary to establish a new curriculum of Chinese teaching with the characteristics of secondary vocational schools,establish new teaching objectives,build a new evaluation system,and optimize the original teaching content.It is imperative to improve the quality of teaching,cultivate qualified personnel needed by the society,and make students study and study healthily,and step up research on new types of education.This study is mainly aimed at the teachers and students of three secondary vocational schools in Y City.Through questionnaires,interviews,case studies,etc.,the current situation of Chinese language situational teaching is investigated and the improvement strategy is sought.The content of the questionnaire mainly includes the understanding and implementation of teacher-student situational teaching,as well as the management of school situational teaching.In order to further understand the current situation of situational teaching and management,the author mainly introduces the interviews from the influence of the implementation of situational teaching,aiming to further discover the causes of problems in the teaching and management of secondary vocational schools.It can be seen from reading literature and interviews that the current Chinese language teaching management in secondary vocational schools is relatively looseThrough reading the literature,it is found that the relevant research on teaching in secondary vocational schools mainly involves the current situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools,and there are relatively few studies on management.To realize the scientific and standardized management of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the management of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools.Through practice in actual teaching,we constantly improve and modify the new teaching mode,and at the same time study the method of improving the effect of Chinese context teaching from the perspective of management.
