The terminology,"Xuequ",derives from the teaching practices.It is mainly composed of two concepts:one refers to interest in learning,and the other refers to interestingness of learning.Interest in learning is a positive attitude that students show towards learning,which tends to be emotional.That showed interest is a leading factor in education.It can either be a motivation for students to learn or a result after students have been educated.The interestingness of learning,which could be defined as the attractiveness of learning process,teaching methodology and textbook,can stimulate students' interest in learning.Enlivening learning is a mean and a method to arise students' interest and guarantee their learning efficiency,which two are dialectically unital.This study centers on "Xuequ",researches on teaching design by analyzing an example of Chinese Pinyin part of the first-grade primary school Chinese textbook aimed at "Xuequ",and explores the general framework and teaching ideas behind teaching design of elementary Chinese Pinyin.The purpose of this study is to integrate the idea of "Xuequ" into the realistic elementary Pinyin teaching,open up a new direction of Pinyin teaching,and optimize the current pinyin teaching design.Piaget's theory of cognitive development and the interest theory in Western educational thoughts has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the design of elementary Chinese Pinyin teaching aimed at "Xuequ".On this basis,after assessing general idea and framework of the teaching design,this study divides the teaching design of elementary Chinese Pinyin into two major parts:the preliminary analysis and the design process.In the stage of pre-analysis,questionnaires were taken to help understand the level of physical and mental development of students and to estimate Pinyin teaching progress and students'needs of Pinyin learning.Based on the data collected from questionnaire,a series of issues were found in the Pinyin teaching process:students vary in basic knowledge of Pinyin,majority of students lack of interest in Pinyin learning,teaching efficiency in Pinyin is unsatisfactory,and students' forgetting rate after class is high.In this study,several objectives of teaching design were set through in-depth analysis of the teaching content of elementary Chinese Pinyin from the two aspects of curriculum standards and textbook content combined with the interview of teachers and the text analysis of the existing Pinyin teaching design:the unit teaching content should be coherent,teaching should be based on three-dimensional objectives,and teaching methods and means should be enriched to enhance the attractiveness of Pinyin teaching in school.Aimed at achieving these objectives and also centering on "Xuequ",this study has executed a specific and operable teaching design and teaching practice on elementary school Chinese pinyin from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation.After the analysis of the results of implementation of classroom recording and teaching design,it can be found that elementary Pinyin aimed at "Xuequ" to some extent enhanced the interestingness of Pinyin learning,arouse students'interest in learning Pinyin and increased learning efficiency in the process.Finally,through reflection on this teaching design research and teaching record,a few recommendation were given:first,more attention should be paid to students'learning process;second,mechanisms should be applied to enrich students'emotional experience;third,teaching scenes should be creative to stimulate students'potentials;fourth,teaching process should be layered to take care of every student;last but not least,appropriate teaching method should be chosen to enhance classroom interaction.
