The curriculum standard is a programmatic document guiding the implementation of the curriculum,and is also the basis for textbook writing and teaching evaluation.We can accurately grasp the new requirements of Ideological and Political Curriculum Reform in senior high schools and implement them in teaching practice through comparing different versions of Ideological and Political Curriculum standards.Therefore,this paper makes a comparative study of the Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(Experiments)(hereinafter referred to as"2004 edition of curriculum standards")and the Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as"2017 edition of curriculum standards").This paper compares and analyzes the two editions of the curriculum standards from the framework system,curriculum objectives,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.In terms of the framework system,both editions of curriculum standards take curriculum objectives as the center to construct a framework system,which includes four parts:foreword,curriculum objectives,curriculum content(content standards)and implementation suggestions;the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards has added"study quality"and"appendix".In terms of curriculum objectives,the two editions of the standard curriculum objectives follow the same guiding ideology,embody the same nature of the curriculum,and express the same functions;the 2017 edition curriculum standards innovatively proposed the core competencies of ideological and political disciplines and as a curriculum goal.In terms of curriculum implementation,both editions of the curriculum standards adhere to the teaching practice to be"student-oriented",adhere to the correct value orientation,and pay attention to the function of teaching materials to lead teaching activities;the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards advocates the creation of"activity-oriented curriculum"led by"topics".In terms of curriculum evaluation,both editions of the curriculum standards value the role of evaluation and advocate for developmental teaching evaluation;the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards developed academic quality standards.Based on the above comparative analysis,it is proposed that the teachers of ideological and political courses should firmly establish the educational concept of Li De Shu Ren;Accurately interpret the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines;Actively develop"topic-based teaching";Deep understanding of academic quality evaluation standards.We should realize that the two editions of the curriculum standards are one of the major achievements of the basic education curriculum reform,and are the programmatic documents of the ideological and political teaching activities.In addition,The guiding role of the 2017 edition of curriculum standards on the teaching of high school ideological and political courses needs to be gradually explored and implemented in practical teaching.
