Improving the quality of vocational education personnel training is the cor e content of vocational education in China.Most vocational colleges can compl ete the construction and sharing of hardware education resources to realize the task of personnel training better.However,due to the special attributes of voca tional education,professional teachers in vocational colleges may not be able t o fulfill the task of training the technical and skilled talents needed by society,which requires the help of part-time teachers in enterprises.At the same time,enterprises need professional teachers' theoretical guidance for their better dev elopment.Therefore,it is very important to construct the mutual employment mechanism between enterprises and teachers in vocational colleges.The key point of this paper is the construction of the mutual employment mechanism between enterprises and vocational colleges.The main research wor k of this paper is as follows:The first part is mainly to sort out the research on the mutual employmen t of teachers between enterprises and vocational colleges.The second part is m ainly through the analysis of the process of teachers' mutual employment betw een enterprises and vocational colleges,pointing out the current situation of tea chers' mutual employment between schools and enterprises,examining the short comings of the selection mechanism,the loopholes in the assessment mechanis m,the emphasis on extension of the training mechanism,the neglect of co-con struction and sharing of teachers,and the problems that enterprises encounter when employing teachers in vocational colleges,etc.At the same time,it is cl ear that the mutual employment of teachers between enterprises and vocational colleges is not only a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation,but also a n ew way to improve the level of teachers.It is also the reform and innovation of vocational education.The third part designs the mechanism framework of th e mutual employment of teachers between enterprises and vocational colleges.I n this part of the study,human capital theory,career management theory and s takeholder theory provide the theoretical basis for this study.In the constructio n of the framework of the mutual employment teacher center between enterpris es and vocational colleges,we focus on "who should be appointed?" "How to train?" "How to assess?" "How to motivate?" "How to manage it?" In order t o ensure the coordinated and stable development of both schools and enterprise s and realize the overall social benefits,this paper focuses on the organization,operation mechanism and specific forms of the platform of the teacher-recruiti ng center between enterprises and vocational colleges,and constructs a well-org anized and coordinated teacher-recruiting center between schools and enterprises.The fourth part is mainly based on the construction of teacher recruitment ce nter,considering from three aspects of government,enterprises and vocational s chools,giving relevant suggestions on the smooth implementation of teacher re cruitment mechanism between enterprises and vocational colleges.The fifth part is the summary and prospect of this paper.
