Democracy and equality,harmony and independence,dialogue and understanding,cooperation and competition are not only the realm of ideal classroom,but also are the value pursuit of modern classroom management.Ideal classroom not only pursues the realization of effective teaching and the fun of obtaining cognitive ability and knowledge learning of students,but also realize the development significance of students' life,realizes resonance of the life of learning and the existence of life.However,due to the infection of scientism and utilitarianism,managerism,the true value of school classroom management is deceived by the eaxmination-oriented education system.Teachers use the uniformity and compulsory in classroom management,and use "monitor" "standardized verdict" ? "check" as a means of "discipline" in the classroom management,which yields that the students' individual differences and complexity are denied,the thought,spirit and creativity of the students fail,even become "the taming body" in the classroom,"students who have problems" have teemed.What is more terrible,the utilitarianism of school management system and the arrogating to positivism method,make the process of classroom management become more and more "quantitative",complicated education phenomenon is "simplified" into lots of appraisal scale and stiff numbers,human development is ignored,not to mention the long-term development.From the perspective of humanism,incentive theory and conflict theory,this paper studies the current classroom management,we find that in the process of classroom management,due to the imbalance between classroom control and the independence of the students the utilitarianism classroom of management,scientism,in classroom there is a widespread phenomenon relating to loose management and strict management,the object of the students from the students' subject,lack of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the common existence of students' problem behavior.So we must build up idea of the effective classroom management and realize the overall and healthy development ? construct the harmonious relationship between the teachers and students and positive classroom atmosphere,improve the effectiveness of classroom management,conduct the research of effective classroom management.This paper contains five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part states the background of research?the present status of the classroom management in home and abroad and the value of this research as well as the used method.The second part gives summary of effective classroom management.This part explains the meaning of management?classroom?classroom management and the effective classroom management and gives the systematic analysis and conclusion about the character and function of the effective classroom management.This paper thinks that effective classroom management is not single goal of pursuing the efficiency of management and promote the growth function of classroom,effectively develop the vitality of life of teachers and students in classroom,realize the resonance of the teachers and students towards the knowledge ?living and life.The third part is the theoretical foundation of the effective classroom management.Based on the perspective of humanism,incentive theory and conflict theory,this paper provides the analysis and creates the positive classroom atmosphere,cultivates the mechanism of inner motivation of students,continuously coordinate the organization structure,realize the goal of the long term development of students.This fourth part gives the analysis of present status of effective classroom management,regard the S-middle school as the object of research,conducts further the classroom observation and interviews,analyze the principal existing problems of classroom management and the reason of the existing problems.The ffith part gives the strategy of the effective classroom management.For the existing problem of the classroom management,this paper provides four effective strategies.The first is to create the classroom environment;the second is to construct the harmonious relationship between the teachers and students;the third is to strength the management of classroom problem behavior;the fourth is to strength the self-management of students.
