School and family are important components of the growth environment of teenagers.They play different roles in the process of their physical and mental development.It is difficult to guarantee the healthy growth of teenagers only by the strength of family or school.Under the traditional teaching mode,teachers only know about students' learning situation on campus,but do not know much about their daily life at home.By contrast,parents of students only know how their children are doing at home and how well they are doing at school.Under the home-school cooperative education mode,teachers and students' parents can communicate with each other in the first time,which is helpful for both sides to have an understanding of students' real learning and living conditions,and jointly guide the comprehensive development of children's physical and mental health.However,such problems as unclear power and responsibility between parents and teachers,increasingly tense contradictory relations,and gradual polarization between family education and school education have seriously hindered the communication between schools and families.Based on this background,this article adopts the method of questionnaire to T city C elementary school's education present situation has carried on the detailed investigation,find out the main problems,and has carried on the induction analysis causes of the problem,finally aimed at C primary problems existing in the home school or education put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,aims to improve primary school home school education mode of the implementation of the effect.The specific work.When implementing the questionnaire survey method,this paper takes the primary school of T city C as an example and USES the interview method to investigate the current situation of home-school co-education of the first-grade class teachers in the three campuses of the school,and finally presents the survey results.100 parents were randomly selected from each of the three campuses of grade one of primary school in city T and a total of 300 parents were surveyed.According to the questionnaire survey,some parents were interviewed selectively to conduct in-depth research.This article implements the observation method,mainly takes the primary school grade one teacher in charge of the family school union education question as the observation object,thorough family school union education actual situation,collects the correlation data,with the preliminary understanding and the summary question characteristic.In addition,questionnaire and interview outline were designed on the basis of data collection.This paper believes that only when a good communication relationship is established between the school and parents can home-school co-education be truly implemented and can it help children shape a healthier and perfect personality image and guide them to grow up healthily and happily.
