An Analysis Of The Characteristics And Application Of The New Textbook "Moral And The Rule Of Law"

With the formal application of the ethical and rule of law textbooks and the successive publication of them in September 2016,Research on new textbooks has become a hot topic.And more research focus on a certain perspective about the textbooks.Therefore,this paper starts with the systematic study on the textbooks,taking the new textbooks “Morality and Rule of Law” in the middle school as the research object,and using comparative analysis,text analysis,statistical analysis and other methods.Then,This paper summarizes the characteristics of new textbooks from three aspects.They respectively are the contemporary choice,comprehensive guidance and multi-subject presentation of textbooks.Finally,based on these,the corresponding teaching suggestions are proposed to help teachers adapt to the transformation abuot the new textbooks as soon as possible,grasp the context of teaching materials,and promote the implementation of the middle school morality and rule of law teaching work.The first chapter focuses on the core concept of "morality and the rule of law",and roughly studies the new textbooks from the five perspectives of textbook revision,research methods,nature orientation,logical structure and textbooks version comparison,and provides recognition for the following texts.The epochal choice,comprehensive guidance and multi-subjects of the textbooks are distributed in the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter.The second chapter mainly highlights the contemporary choice about textbooks with the transformation of teaching materials,goals,and content.The third chapter mainly focuses on the comprehensive guidance of knowledge,value,ability and activity,and reflects the educational characteristics of the textbooks;The fourth chapter mainly presents the teaching characteristics of textbooks with the theme of life-saving materials,the open quality of teaching materials,the hierarchical design of teaching materials and the interactive space of teaching materials.Finally,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the new textbooks in the previous part of the article,we propose our own corresponding teaching suggestions to better display the characteristics of the new textbooks.That is to care for the spiritual growth of students,highlighting the choice of teaching materials;inspiring students' emotional experience,showing the comprehensive guidance of teaching materials;actively developing teaching resources,and guiding the value of teaching materials.
