As China enters a new stage of development,technical and skilled talents are in short supply.The state places vocational education at the same level as general education and requires a substantial increase in the modernization level of vocational education.At the same time,the Ministry of Education encourages and supports all sectors of the society to actively support vocational education.In recent years,a number of policies that have been issued to determine the task measures for the development of modern vocational education have emphasized the "integration of production and education." Faced with the policy requirements of deepening the integration of production and education and the strong demand for skilled tourism talents in the market,this paper focuses on how the teaching process is connected with the production process of the enterprise.Taking the case of Xinhua County Vocational Secondary School as a case study,using the literature inquiry method and questionnaire Survey method,interview method and case analysis method,analyze the teaching status of tourism professional courses in secondary vocational schools,and find that there are many problems in the current teaching of tourism professional courses:(1)The teaching content is old and difficult to meet the needs of the post;(2)The education of the subject system is used,and the theoretical and practicalteaching is unbalanced;(3)The difficulty of introduction of teachers,the lack of training,resulting in weak teachers;(4)The teaching venues and equipment are backward,leading to a single teaching method and means;(5)teaching evaluation emphasizes theory and practice,lack of assessment of students' comprehensive ability.Then,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of the course teaching,and under the guidance of Dewey's "from the middle school" and Tao Xingzhi's "teaching and doing one" teaching theory,from the teaching objectives,teaching content and structure,teaching methods and means,Teaching evaluation strategies in several aspects of teaching evaluation:(1)scientifically setting the teaching objectives of the curriculum,highlighting the concept of integration of production and education;(2)integrating theoretical and practical teaching,professionalization of teaching content;(3)application diversity Teaching methods and means;(4)Implementing a diversified teaching evaluation.Finally,take the "simulated tour guide" course as an example to optimize the case description.
