With the development of the times,especially the report of the Nineteenth National Congress made a great judgment on the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Standing in a new historical position,the demand for talents in society has also changed.As the main channel of talent cultivation,school education has also been forced to carry out continuous reform and innovation.As a compulsory course of all kinds of school education at all levels,ideological and political courses have always been subjected to me.Our Party and our country attach great importance to it.Especially after the 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping published a series of expositions on Ideological and political education in his school and made a series of instructions.High school politics course is not only an important part of all kinds of Ideological and political courses at all levels,but also a key course for basic education to fulfill the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.It is an important course for high school students to carry out socialist education with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it plays an important role in fostering the world outlook,outlook on life and values of senior high school students.Therefore,in the reform and innovation of high school political course,we should not only carefully design and organize teaching activities to achieve the effect of "advanced formula","exquisite craftsmanship" and "packaging" fashion,but also meet the requirements of deepening the reform of educational system and achieve the goal of quality education.The development and utilization of case resources in high school politics course is the product of the reform and innovation of high school politics curriculum.It is the innovation and transformation of traditional teaching mode.The development and utilization of case resources is to build a model of knowledge co-construction based on development cooperation and dialogue on the basis of equality between teachers and students in simulated reality.It has impacted the traditional one-way knowledge indoctrination from the cognitive point of view,and changed the cultivation mode of "one side for ten thousand people" from the practical point of view.It is not only the self-adaptation of the basic education reform in China,but also the concrete practice of comprehensively deepening the promotion of quality education in China.It stimulates students' interest in learning,cultivates students' sense ofparticipation,promotes students' comprehensive,independent and personality development,also improves teachers' professional skills and professional accomplishments,and greatly improves the realization of educational and teaching effects.However,the development and utilization of case resources is still in its infancy in the field of basic education in our country,especially in the political subject of senior high school.Because of the conceptual shortcomings in the basic education of our country,in the face of the concrete practice of the development and utilization of case resources of senior high school political course,teachers,students and teaching environment have exposed a series of problems,facing the conceptual shortcomings.Specific performance,we should fully grasp the changes of national conditions,social conditions,school conditions and academic conditions,grasp the pain points,based on the difficulties,prescribe the right medicine to the case,and make precise efforts.Based on the author's relevant information and interviews with high school political teachers in practice schools,this paper focuses on the problems in the development and utilization of high school political lesson case resources.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of relevant materials,the research background and topics of this paper are presented,the research status at home and abroad are summarized,and the research purpose,significance and innovation points and research methods of this paper are discussed.The second part is the overview and significance of the development and utilization of case resources in high school political lessons.Firstly,it discusses the related concepts of the development and utilization of case resources and the classification of case resources.Secondly,it interprets the concept of the development and utilization of case resources in high school political lessons and promotes the professional development of teachers by improving the effectiveness of high school political teaching,enhancing students' comprehensive literacy,and so on.This paper expounds the significance of building a new educational concept.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the development and utilization of high school political lesson case resources.Firstly,the author interviewed eleven high school political teachers in his internship school;secondly,he analyzed the second-hand data by sorting out the relevant materials;secondly,he analyzed the problems from three aspects: teachers,students and teaching environment;finally,he analyzed the pursuit oflearning.Students' examination results,ignoring cases to improve students' literacy;advocating teachers' development center,ignoring students' development subject in cases;pursuing utilitarian values,avoiding the concept of development in the use of cases and other three aspects of the deep-seated analysis of the causes of the situation.The fourth part is the Countermeasures for the development and utilization of the case resources of politics lessons in senior high schools.Firstly,six principles are put forward for the development and utilization of the case resources of politics lessons in senior high schools.Secondly,according to the problems and current situation in the development and utilization of the case resources of politics lessons in senior high schools,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: subject,process and environment.
