The self-management ability of primary school students refers to the ability of primary school students to self-control,self-regulation and self-education in dealing with personal affairs and their relationship with others,collectives and the environment.Improving pupils' self-management ability is an urgent need to develop students' core accomplishment and promote the new curriculum reform,and it is also the inevitable requirement of life-long learning.At present,the research object of student selfmanagement in our country mainly focuses on the field of college students and higher vocational students,and there is relatively little research on self-management of primary school students.Moreover,the existing research mainly focuses on the related concepts and action research of self-management,and lacks the research on the correlation between students' behavior and psychology.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper takes the five graders of primary school in Qingdao Jimo area as the research object,and analyzes the difference of primary school students' self-management ability.It is found that the current self-management ability of primary school students is different in gender,the only child or not and different class roles.It is also influenced by different family education methods.Based on the research on the self-management ability of primary school students at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the use of psychological knowledge to analyze the factors affecting the self-management of primary school students and the existing problems from the internal and external angles.Internal factors include students' intrinsic ability and sense of self-worth,external factors include the relationships between students and teachers,peers and parents,and it puts forward the concrete strategies to strengthen the self-management ability of primary school students from three aspects of individuals,teachers and parents: The first is to respect the main position of students in selfmanagement.Students themselves should adhere to the basic positive creed,have the consciousness of seeking help and service from teachers,and have the belief and courage of self-realization;The second is to give full play to the leading role of teachers in the self-management of students,teachers should improve their ability and level of psychological construction,strive to help students find themselves,play a leading role in class management;The third is to enhance the role of parents in the self-management of their children,parents should change their inherent thoughts,grasp the boundary between“should do” and “should not do”,and learn to think for others.
