Research On The Mechanism Of Tibetan College Students' Participation In School Management Under The Background Of Managing Schools By Law

From the point of view,the university is an academic community of students and teachers,and the students are an important part of the academic community and can participate in the management of the academic community.in that school management of the university,the participation of the university student can have a significant advantage in the development of the student and the development of the school.In the aspect of the development of the students,the participation of the college students in the school management can effectively stimulate the students' subject consciousness and improve the comprehensive quality of the students;in the aspect of the development of the school,the college students' participation in the school management can improve the teaching quality and the management level of the university and promote the sustainable development.Under the background of the principle of the rule of law,the rule of law is being carried out in all walks of life The construction of education is no exception.The idea of managing schools according to law has further promoted the development of college students' participation in school management.In 2005,the education department of our country promulgated the "Management measures for students in ordinary institutions of higher Learning",which clearly pointed out that schools need to set up a perfect democratic management system to ensure that college students participate in school management according to law.On this basis,in carrying out school management,colleges and universities should follow relevant laws and regulations,carry out the requirements of managing schools according to law,and promote the construction of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities.It can be seen from this that the idea of college students' participation in school management and the administration of schools according to law coincides with the idea that the administrators of colleges and universities need to follow.Rule of law school concept,guide college students to participate in school management.Under the background of this development,this paper takes Tibet University as an example to study the mechanism of Tibetan university students participating in school management.Through the method of literature research,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant research theories of college students' participation in school management,expounds the connotation of the idea of running schools according to law,and introduces the relevant law theories of running schools according to law,and summarizes the successful modes of western students' participation in the management of colleges and universities.We selected 300 college students from Tibet University to participate in the questionnaire survey,mainly to investigate the knowledge of Tibetan university students about their participation in school management,and the situation of Tibetan university students participating in school management.Based on the existing rules and regulations of Tibet University and the results of questionnaire survey,this paper clarifies the west.The deficiency of Tibetan university in participating in school management,including the lack of students' awareness of management,the less ways to participate in school management,and the narrower scope of content of college students' participation in school management.In view of the above problems,the administrators of Tibet University need to pay more attention to college students' participation in school management,and make clear the basic principles and guarantee system of college students' participation in school management.To construct a perfect organizational structure of college students' participation in school management and to clarify the main contents of college students' participation in school management;In order to improve the enthusiasm and effectiveness of college students' participation in school management,we can fully exert the important role of college students' participation in school management,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students,in order to establish a perfect evaluation mechanism for college students' participation in school management.We will promote the deepening of the concept of managing schools according to law and realize the sustainable development of Tibet University.The research in this paper can not only To provide help for Tibetan college students to promote their participation in school management,and to provide theoretical reference and practical experience for other colleges and universities to participate in the management work,so as to improve the civic literacy of college students in China.The realization of the goal of management education is helpful to the improvement of education level in our country.
