In the age of knowledge economy,human resources are the core driving force for the development of productive forces and are important for the development of the country.The quantity,quality and configuration of human resources are the key factors in the sustainable development of the social economy.As a place for cultivating high-quality talents,colleges and universities bear the important task of cultivating talents and serving economic and social development.Faced with the rapid development of Internet information technology,the competition encountered by colleges and universities is intensifying.If colleges and universities want to win in the competition,they must pay enough attention to human resources management and the competitiveness of the cultivated talents are particularly important for the development of schools and the development of the country’s economy and society.This thesis firstly analyzes the necessity of human resource management optimization in A higher vocational colleges based on the Internet trend and the current situation of human resources management in A higher vocational colleges.Secondly,Collect and organize data after conducting a survey,it summarizes the A higher vocational education under the Internet background.The problems in the human resources management in a higher vocational colleges mainly include the deviation of the Internet management concept,the misunderstanding of human resource management planning,the immature human resources management Internet environment,and the unreasonable application of Internet technology.The human resources management preparation is not sufficient.Finally,the problems existing in the human resources management system of A higher vocational colleges are optimized.The specific ones are as follows: IN the human resources recruitment mechanism,it mainly includes the optimization of recruitment channels,the optimization of employment standards,and the interview method.Optimization;Human resources training and development mechanism mainly includes optimization of training platform,optimization of training form and assessment,and establishment of long-term training mechanism;Human resources performance management mechanism mainly includes optimization of performance management platform,optimization of performance appraisal method,Performance management process Optimization;Human resources incentive mechanism mainly includes optimization of incentive mode,optimization of incentive carrier,optimization of incentive scope;human resource management safeguard measures include establishing human resource management evaluation feedback mechanism,promoting Internet technology upgrade of human resource management,Strengthen school culture construction and improve school rules and regulations.
