Whether the generative resources can be well developed and utilized is the key to the practice of generative teaching concept.After sorting out and summarizing the relevant research on the current generative resources,it is found that the current research on the development and utilization of the generative resources of physical education in primary schools is still relatively lacking.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to research and analyze the current situation of the development and utilization of the generative resources of physical education teachers in primary schools,and sorts out the four main problems:1,Teachers do not have enough knowledge and understanding of generative resources theories;2,Consciousness of development and utilization is weak;3,Lacking humanistic care;4,The development mode needs to be improved.Subsequently,typical cases obtained from classroom teaching observation and discussion are classified and analyzed,and then corresponding solutions are drawn out.Teaching behavior is the basic behavior that teachers take under the influence of the educational concept.So in order to improve the quality of development and utilization on the generative resources,we should first recognize the importance of raising teachers' awareness and understanding of generative resources theories and its value.Secondly,physical education teachers who teach in primary schools must recognize the existence of individual "life experiences" of students,allow students to have different physical practice and psychological experiences,have different understanding and results,at the same time,school managers and education department should also adjust the existing relevant regulations to offer good guarantee for teachers' generative teaching.Finally,primary schools' P.E.teachers can improve the development and utilization of generative resources by adjusting teaching methods or using proper teaching evaluation.
