Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Primary School Basketball Development In The Six Districts Of Tianjin

Youth basketball in our country has developed rapidly in recent years,until 2017,the Chinese basketball association leadership headed by yao,and they have fully aware of the youth in children is the foundation of the career development of our country and in the future,accordingly in 2017 launched the "small basketball,big dream" development plans,and synchronous published the small basketball rules,and in 20 provinces,50 division,covering the whole country development to participate in the crowd reached $1.5 million +,on the basis of general beijing-tianjin-hebei along with the development and launched the standardization in nanjing,massive small basketball game,at this point,"a little basketball movement" got unprecedented development,The turnout was high and widely recognized by parents.This paper USES the method of equal number distribution of stratified sampling to determine the investigation object,studies the current situation and countermeasures of the development of small basketball in 18 primary schools in six districts of tianjin city,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.The research results show that the current situation of primary school basketball in the six districts of tianjin city is as follows: 1.The leaders of each school have a high degree of support for the development of small basketball,and the teachers have obvious advantages in education and age.2.The arrangement of after-school training is reasonable,but the number of times of after-school training and the time for each training are less,and the ranking is low,so the enthusiasm for participating is not high;3.Among the extracurricular sports activities of small basketball in each school,the club and the class play the best,but it is not ideal to carry out small basketball in the break;4.Safety factors involved in the development of small basketball.Safety is the primary prerequisite for all our activities.Some schools have done well in the transformation and upgrading of the facilities on the site,but some schools will encounter difficulties in practice due to financial problems.The conflict between school training is a worry for parents and the school,which mainly comes from the promotion of school,homework,extracurricular tutoring and so on.Through the analysis of the main problems to develop countermeasures;1.Flexible fund encouragement system,increase the investment of special funds for small basketball;2.Timely maintenance of facilities and timely update of equipment;3.Optimize the teaching team and carry out regular training;4.Optimize the echelon construction and coordinate the contradictions of study and training;5.Ensure training quality and actively participate in competitions;6.Strengthen risk management and prevent safety problems.
