In recent years,with the development of the national economy and the progress of society,the state has strengthened the building of the legal system and fully implemented the rule of law.This makes the promotion and cultivation of legal literacy for high school students an important part of education.Young students have a higher crime rate due to the lack of legal literacy and legal education,and the school's legal education is not curriculum and specialization.In this context,it is especially important to promote the legal literacy of students through subject education through various disciplines.Historical textbooks contain a large amount of legal education content,which provides materials for history teachers to improve students' legal literacy through classroom education.In this paper,how to improve students' legal literacy in history teaching,explore the channels and ways to improve students' historical accomplishment in high school history teaching.This article has four parts:The introduction part mainly expounds the background and reason of the author's topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,and the significance of studying this topic.In the new era,the State and the Ministry of Education have put forward new requirements for the quality of students.New era,new students,new literacy,new requirements.However,there are many materials related to the law in the history book.As long as it is combined with relevant examples and legal provisions in real life,it can maximize the effect of improving students' legal literacy.This is also the innovation of this article.The first part mainly summarizes the knowledge of the three versions of historical textbooks and the law-related history from the perspective of Chinese history and world history,and proposes the realistic entry point for improving students' legal literacy according to the curriculum standard,whether it is politics,economy or thought.At the level,as long as the design of the relevant content of the law should be properly combined with modern legal concepts to tell,let history and practice combine to achieve the intention of improving students' legal literacy.The second part mainly studies the methods that teachers can use in the teaching process in order to achieve the effect of improving the legal literacy of students in the history teaching process.The third part is to choose one of the lessons-the origin and development of the Romance method of the People's Education Edition as an example to carry out the teaching design,from the analysis of the curriculum standard,the difficult point to the design of the entire course to give a detailed demonstration,the final Chinese and Western law Contrast to achieve the expected educational effect of improving students'legal awareness.
