The construction of a socialist country and cultivation of senior high school students' legal awareness are the requirement of the society and times as well as the needs of civic education in the curriculum standards.There are a lot of legal history contents in the compulsory history textbook 1 of senior high school,which is the carrier for students to form the belief in law.In history teaching,Curriculum standards are the basis of teaching activities.After the promulgation of The History of Curriculum Standard in General Senior Middle schools(2017 edition),the teaching of legal history should keep pace with the times and implement the new requirements of legal history in the new curriculum standards.In order to understand the actual situation of history legal teaching,the author conducted a questionnaire in two high schools in Xining city.On this basis,the author puts forward some teaching suggestions and methods,aiming at making efforts to the construction of socialist rule of law.This thesis is divided into three parts:In the first part,the author sent a questionnaire to the history teachers of Xining No.14 middle school and No.3 middle school affiliated to Qinghai Normal University and found that history teachers' understanding about the teaching of legal history were insufficient.At the same time,in order to get a comprehensive understanding of legal history teaching,the author carried out a questionnaire to students to senior high school students above.Through analysis of students' awareness of legal knowledge and students' views of legal teaching,the author has found that students are short of related knowledge of constitution in history.At the same time,the author has collected some advice from the students on the legal history teaching.In the second part,since textbook is the most basic material of legal history teaching,legal history teaching should be built on the full understanding of the textbook.The author according to three lines including Chinese ancient legal history,foreign ancient legal history and the world modern legal history,classifies and sortsout the legal history content of compulsory history textbook 1 of people's edition.On this basis,the author found that the contents of legal history in textbook are relatively complete with time clues and rich in contents of the constitution and international law.Meanwhile,the textbook also has some problems,such as insufficiency in ancient Chinese legal history,scattered knowledge of legal history and disconnection with students' lives.In the third part,the author,based on the existing problems in the investigation,actual situation of the legal history content in The History of Curriculum Standard in General Senior Middle schools(2017 edition)as well as the compulsory textbook 1 of people's edition,holds that teachers should make corresponding adjustments in both the legal history knowledge system and teaching methods.For teachers,it is necessary to improve their personal legal literacy.The legal history teaching also needs to combine with the core literacy to propose appropriate teaching objectives and design a student-centered legal history class.
