| From the perspective of the new curriculum reform,we should explore the classroom teaching mode based on the development of students as the main body to promote the change of teaching and learning methods,and emphasize that teachers should be changed from the executors of curriculum to the designers and developers of curriculum,from a knowledge giver to a Student Learning Instructor and an innovator,emphasizing the diversity of learning styles and advocating the organic integration of "autonomy,cooperation,exploration and research",thus promoting and deepening the reform of curriculum and teaching,the new requirements of implementing the core quality of the subject in teaching.Therefore,under the reasonable teaching mode,the scientific construction of high-efficiency curriculum is an important topic in the current classroom teaching reform.The group Calisthenics,dance and music are all in one.The sports with the aim of body-building and body-building are deeply loved by college students,but they are shackled by the educational methods and models,at present,the classroom teaching mode of the organizers and instructors of aerobics courses is still in the state of passive learning.Under the guidance of such a concept,aerobics course is difficult to achieve the three-dimensional sports view view of the subject core literacy goals.The remarkable structural feature of task-driven teaching model is "autonomy-cooperation-exploration".Task-driven teaching model features in the following three aspects: First,the overall goal to be detailed,through the completion of small tasks to achieve the overall learning goals;second,the design task should be inclined to develop and improve the comprehensive ability which is necessary for the core accomplishment of the subject from the emphasis on the basic knowledge and basic skills,put forward appropriate basic goal,development goal and open goal according to different level.Therefore,it is an effective way to construct the high-efficient aerobics course under the task-driven teaching mode to promote the course reform,improve the aerobics teaching quality and promote the core accomplishment of students’ physical education.According to the uniqueness of aerobics and the characteristics of task-driven teaching model,by using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics andlogical analysis,the author makes an experiment on the task-driven teaching model and the traditional teaching model of the two classes,whose physical quality and the number of students are basically similar,as the experimental group and the Control Group,the experimental period was 3 months.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the P value of the experimental group before and after the experiment is less than 0.01,which indicates that there is a significant difference,under the task-driven teaching mode,students are more and more interested in the aerobics course,which promotes the promotion of the core quality of physical education.(2)from the test of the difference between learning attitude and curriculum satisfaction before and after the experiment,it can be concluded that task-driven teaching model is more acceptable than the traditional teaching model,from the side,it shows that teachers and students are working together to achieve the goal of self-discipline —— Cooperation and exploration.(3)The p values of the music rhythm perception,the movement cohesion and the complete set of movements between the experimental group and the Control Group showed that there were differences(p <0.05)or significant differences(p <0.01)before and after the experiment.It also shows that the students’ key ability has been improved significantly under the task-driven teaching model.(4)under the task-driven teaching mode,the construction of the aerobics high-efficiency curriculum has made a qualitative change in the students’ attitude towards aerobics and even sports activities,and has promoted the students to develop the necessary character such as regular exercise in the future,at the same time,it has the value of laying a foundation for lifelong sports. |
