With the continuous development and improvement of my country's administrative accountability,education accountability has gradually become a hot topic in the field of education,and compulsory education accountability is a new feature in the field of education accountability.This article takes the power perspective as an entry point.The article uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,and systematic analysis to explore the subject of compulsory education administrative accountability.First,the article starts from the connotation and extension of compulsory education administrative accountability and its subject,and analyzes and introduces the basic connotation;second,it explores the problems existing in the compulsory education administrative accountability subject,and combines policy documents and research in the academic field The results were analyzed from the unclear regulations on the subject of compulsory education administrative accountability,the inadequacy of laws and regulations,the inadequacy of supporting systems,and the lack of awareness of accountability.Finally,the subject of compulsory education administrative accountability should be clarified,and the system of compulsory education administrative accountability subject should be established and perfected.The legal system of the administrative accountability subject of compulsory education really solves the question of who is asking.
