Research On The School Training Of The Legal Literacy Of Secondary Vocational Students

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the status of the rule of law has been raised to an unprecedented new height.The citizen's legal accomplishment is an important factor that affects the process of the comprehensive rule of law practice and the social governance effect.However,legal education is an effective means to improve citizens' legal literacy and plays an important role.Secondary vocational students,as the "reserve army" of skilled talents with craftsman spirit,shoulder the heavy responsibility of national construction.At the same time,secondary vocational students have a large number of groups,special forms of education and other characteristics.The level of their legal literacy is one of the key factors affecting the process of comprehensive rule of law.Therefore,the state,society and secondary vocational schools should attach great importance to the cultivation of students' legal literacy.This paper makes an in-depth study of the existing research results at home and abroad by means of literature analysis,clarifies the relationship between relevant concepts,and accurately defines the basic concepts and main contents of legal literacy training for secondary vocational students.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the status of legal education in typical secondary vocational schools in city of JINING city,focuses on discussing the problems existing in the legal literacy cultivation process of secondary vocational students,analyzes the causes in depth,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improving legal literacy of secondary vocational students and strengthening legal education in secondary vocational schools.Through field research,this paper finds that there are some noteworthy problems in the legal literacy cultivation process of secondary vocational students,which are mainly manifested in the absence of systematic legal education and the single method of legal literacy cultivation.There are many reasons for the above problems,including external social environment,family education and school education,as well as students themselves.Therefore,to solve these problems,we must put forward specific improvement measures.Such as shift secondary vocational school education concept of legal system,improve the secondary vocational school's emphasis on secondary vocational students legal literacy level,set up scientific literacy cultivation system of law,build a professional teachers team,building school,family,social,legal literacy cultivation mechanism of "trinity",etc.,in order to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational school education of legal system,so as to more effectively improve the legal quality of secondary vocational students.
