The Moral Education is of great significance to the growth of students,especially to the students of secondary vocational schools.The moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools is the main way for the students to obtain moral education.However,the teaching effectiveness of the moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory at present,and the course of professional ethics and law,as an important part of the moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools,has many practical problems,it is difficult to meet the needs of the reality,such as the low degree of satisfaction of students and teachers to the curriculum,the difficulties in implementing practical teaching methods,and many other issues.It is undeniable that moral education in secondary vocational schools has made great progress in the past few decades,and a lot of research has been done on the theory of teaching effectiveness,in the secondary vocational school moral education curriculum teaching on the specific level of operation is still at the surface,lack of in-depth research.In view of the above reasons,the author takes the course of "professional ethics and Law" in secondary vocational school as a starting point,investigates and analyzes the present situation of its teaching effectiveness,probes into the reasons,and tries to put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.The research content of this paper is of practical significance to strengthen the teaching effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the background and significance of the research on the teaching effectiveness of the course "professional ethics and Law" in secondary vocational schools.Through literature inquiry,this paper sorts out the related researches on the actual effect of moral education course and the course of professional ethics and law at home and abroad,in order to understand its research direction and development trend,and probe into its deficiency.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the teaching effectiveness of the course of professional ethics and law.First,it introduces Marxism's theory of free and all-round development Secondly,it introduces the related viewpoints of cognitive learning theory,including the theory of learning information processing and the theory of meaningful learning.This part of the study for the following countermeasures to make a certain theoretical foreshadowing.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the classroom teaching effectiveness of "professional ethics and Law" in secondary vocational schools,taking the school of mechanical and electrical engineering in Rizhao as the research object,conducting interviewswith school leaders and conducting a questionnaire survey among students,this paper explores the practical problems of the teaching effectiveness of the course "professional ethics and Law",which are mainly the low satisfaction of students and teachers,and the difficulties in the implementation of practical teaching methods.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the causes of its three main points: first,the status of moral education in secondary vocational schools has not been given due attention,and second,the practice teaching link has not been given due attention,third,there are some weak links between students and teachers in teaching practice.The fourth part is based on the above reasons,trying to improve the "professional ethics and Law" teaching effectiveness of the relevant countermeasures.It is mainly carried out from five aspects,one is to carry out the theoretical basis,the other is to make clear the important position of practical teaching,the third is to strengthen the teaching staff,the fourth is to renew the modern moral education idea,and the fifth is to integrate teaching resources.The last part is the conclusion part,which sorts out and summarizes the problems studied in this paper,and puts forward some suggestions for the next step.
