With the development of quality-oriented education in China,school education pays more and more attention to the development of students' physical and mental health and the positive effect of family education on students' physical and mental development is also taken seriously.In order to make school and family play a better active part in education,home-school cooperation management is an effective way to benefit both teaching and students' growth.However,the current home-school cooperation management mode in China is still in the initial stage,especially in rural areas where the development is relatively slower,the home-school cooperation management mode is more immature.By sending questionnaires to teachers and parents of 20 rural primary schools in Qian'an,Songyuan,and randomly interviewing 5 teachers and 10 parents,this study found that the home-school cooperation in the rural areas of Songyuan has made certain achievements,such as the higher awareness of parents' participation in school management and the gradually broadening of the scope of cooperation between the two sides.However,at the same time,there are still some problems,such as low awareness of school cooperation education,low efficiency of home-school cooperation management,unreasonable home-school cooperation,and poor organization and management of home-school cooperation education.Combining with the existing research,we found that the problems existing in the cooperative management of family and school in rural areas are affected by the society,school and family.From the perspective of society,the cooperation management of family and school is constrained by the traditional thinking,and there are some problems such as imperfect law and regulatory system and imperfect evaluation mechanism.From the view of the school,there exit some problems,such as teachers' rejection of parents,serious phenomenon of "one word and one lesson",teachers' lack of experience in home-school collaborative management,and school management system blocking;From the view of parents,there are parents whose sense of cooperation is weak and participation enthusiasm is not high.For the existing problems,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: we need to improve the legal and regulatory system of home-school cooperation,and clarify the leading responsibilities of the school;We also need to innovate the mode of home-school collaborative education,update the content of teacher training and improve the quality of teachers;We should coordinate all the forces,set up the right idea of home-school cooperation,highlight the students' main position;We also should enhance the enthusiasm of parents to participate in collaborative education and improve the ability to communicate with children and so on.
