the classroom model in the past four years.After learning from the concept of curriculum reform in other provincial schools and combining with their own actual situation,I began to try and practice the "four in one" teaching model for more than three years.Through continuous exploration and personal practice,I found that although this teaching model is not perfect,it is still a physical teaching model for junior high school It’s a bold attempt.The "four in one" teaching mode truly embodies the main position of students.Students consciously participate in group activities,integrate into every link of learning,and become the process of autonomous learning and cooperative learning completed by students themselves under the guidance of teachers.Students really become the master of learning;"four in one" Teaching mode reflects the leading role of teachers,and teachers are true They are participating in the learning of students,becoming the real enlightener,instigator and guide,leading students and bringing positive influence;the "four in one" teaching mode has truly achieved low negative and high efficiency.In the process of learning,students are effective learning with direction,purpose,strategy,method and strong operability.Learning is completely independent and fully involved.Students are completely in charge of learning.The efficiency will be very high naturally,and they really achieve low negative and high efficiency.In this paper,the "four in one" teaching mode of junior high school physics is studied.The first part briefly introduces the background and significance of the research,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part first introduces the connotation of "four in one" teaching mode,"four in one" teaching mode,The four aspects of "speaking,learning,practicing and evaluating" are taken as the evaluation indexes,and the teaching plan,student’s learning plan,student’s homework think actively about some open problems and improve their physical literacy in practice.Evaluation: in teaching,teachers should pay attention to the evaluation of students,be as positive and upward as possible,encourage students more,be more scientific,and pay attention to students’ self-evaluation.In the normal teaching,teachers make immediate formative evaluation on students,and make summary evaluation on students after each chapter and section,combining various evaluations.Students can evaluate themselves,find their own position,understand their literacy level,so as to better find the direction of their efforts and improve themselves in the recent development zone.Secondly,it analyzes the reason of the "four in one" teaching mode in Xining No.21 middle school.The "four in one"
