In the teaching of history,it is recommended not only to pay attention to the study of subject knowledge but also to focus on the future high-quality development of students,as well as to put more emphasize on the cultivation of students' creativity.In order to achieve these educational concepts,teachers are constantly exploring historical teaching methods suitable for students' development.Among them,the theme-based teaching is a popular method used.Because,the theme-based teaching helps to improve the effectiveness of teaching,promote students 'deep learning,improve students' thinking ability,and implement the core literacy of history.This thesis mainly studies the theme-based teaching of history subject in junior high school.The first part defines the connotation of the theme-based teaching,analyze the difference and connection between theme-based teaching and teaching theme,introduces the theoretical basis of the theme-based teaching in details and the significance of theme-based teaching.The second part analyzes the progress and problems existing in the implementation of the subject teaching of the history group in Fengcheng Middle School,by sorting out the interview records filled by everyone,and this part also finds out the reasons for these problems.The third part puts forward the applicable strategies for theme-based teaching of history,and shows cases and summarizes the experience of the theme-based teaching in new and review lessons.Finally,a multi-theme-based teaching evaluation system is established from the perspectives of students and teachers.The fourth part thinks deeply on theme-based teaching.According to the research on the history theme teaching of junior high school,it is considered that the ways of extracting the teaching themes and teaching should be diverse in different courses.In the newly courses,the themes are mainly based on the History Curriculum Standards,students' knowledge base,and units' learning goals and etc.Accordingly,the ways of integration between two teaching steps and breaking through the key points and difficult points are also should be taken account in the process of teaching.As to the refresher courses,themes are based on the needsof the students and a suitable entry point.Besides,the teaching content should be designed and organized carefully in an orderly way.However,one thing in common is that students' learning situation must be fully analyzed.
