Classroom teaching is a field of constant development.With the gradual advancement of history curriculum reform,the traditional teaching method of putting textbooks first has been unable to adapt to the development of history teaching in middle schools.In this context,thematic teaching emerged.Thematic teaching refers to the teaching method in which teachers conduct teaching design based on curriculum standards,teaching materials and learning conditions,and guide the teaching process with distinct themes,so as to achieve teaching objectives more effectively.The thematic teaching of senior high school history conforms to the compilation characteristics of current senior high school history textbook modules and special topics.Conducive to the construction of a clear knowledge system;It is helpful to change students' concept of history study.In addition,the application of theme-based teaching in history classroom teaching can improve the pertinence of historical classroom questions.At present,there are some problems in the history teaching of senior high school,such as unclear teaching theme,inaccurate positioning of theme,partial theme,multi-theme and formalistic teaching process.The above problems are caused by the teachers' lack of awareness of thematic teaching and the higher requirements of thematic teaching.The design and implementation of thematic teaching of high school history can be explored from three aspects:establishing theme,realizing theme and sublimating theme.The theme should be established on the basis of studying curriculum standards,analyzing textbooks and studying academic situation.The realization of the theme should start from six aspects:writing teaching objectives,integrating teaching materials,selecting historical materials,setting questions,designing links around the theme and realizing natural transition.The sublimation of the theme should focus on the connection between history and reality,and arouse the emotional resonance of students.In accordance with such implementation strategy,the author carried out the teaching design of high school "the revolution of 1911" and put it into teaching practice.Finally,the author put forward the teaching evaluation and analysis from the perspective of himself and the instructor.
