Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the teaching of morality and rule of law has undergone fundamental changes.However,the traditional education concept,exam oriented education mode,schools,teachers and students and other factors seriously affect the effective development of moral and rule of law courses,affect the overall development of middle school students,and also affect the realization of China’s education goals.When junior high school students are in a special age,their mental development is not mature and they are in a period of confusion.Some students do not fully understand their role as students,resulting in some wrong judgments in learning.Although they know the importance of learning,they often neglect the importance of learning methods.At the same time,they will also be influenced by the school examination oriented education concept and the traditional teaching concept of teachers in the study of moral and rule of law courses.Some students do not want to improve their inner self-cultivation and guide their lives with the theoretical knowledge they have learned,but simply to achieve good results in the examination and assessment under the examination oriented education,which makes the learning process have a certain degree of influence The utility of.Due to the impact and influence of exam oriented education,moral and rule of law courses not only fail to complete the teaching plan and tasks well,but also play the role of its main channel of moral education.Because of the increasing difficulty of knowledge and improper use of teaching strategies,students’ learning interests will be affected,and even students will be occupied by teachers of other disciplines due to their mistakes or unskilled knowledge points However,the survey data shows that only about 40% of the students are bored with this kind of behavior,and the proportion decreases with the growth of the grade.In some areas,most of the students are left behind children,lack of family education and care,lack of self psychological counseling,and have more defects in learning.They dislike ideological and moral education,dislike or even are unwilling to take moral and rule of law courses,and have poor initiative in learning.Because of their indifferent practical consciousness,they can’t use the theoretical knowledge of moral and rule of law courses to guide their life and study.It is precisely because of this series of defects of students themselves that they can not achieve the teaching objectives and effects they and teachers want in the study of moral and rule of law courses,and thus affect the effectiveness of the whole moral and rule of law course teaching.Therefore,the severe reality forces us to stimulate junior high school students’ interest in learning moral and rule of law from the beginning of contacting moral and rule of law courses,strengthen junior high school students’ teaching of moral and rule of law courses,and achieve the "four unity",that is,the unity of theoretical knowledge learning and practical exercise,the unity of comprehensive development and personality development,the unity of problem-finding ability and problem-solving ability Therefore,it is the duty of the school,the teachers and the students themselves to stimulate their interest in learning morality and the rule of law,to study the teaching strategies of morality and the rule of law and to improve their ideological and moral quality.Based on the analysis of the theory of moral and rule of law teaching in middle school,this paper takes junior high school students’ interest in learning moral and rule of law as the research object,starting with the current situation of moral and rule of law teaching and students’ current situation,adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,data analysis and case interview,analyzes the problems existing in students’ learning and teaching of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,and explores the impact The effective teaching factors of moral and rule of law courses,and the countermeasures to stimulate the interest of junior high school students in learning ideological and moral courses,in order to achieve the "Four Unifications".
