The state has formulated and published relevant policies and documents,the society has put forward new requirements for people,and the education and teaching work of schools and teachers has also been adjusted accordingly.Based on the implementation of practical geography curriculum,this paper analyzes the new requirements of the country and society on talent cultivation,the new mode of talent cultivation by schools and teachers,and the new direction of student development.As the key part of school education,the teachers are really on the requirements of the implementation of the curriculum standard in the process of curriculum implementation and the implementation of the cultivation of the core literacy.But are teachers doing it?Through questionnaire investigation,interview and observation,this study survey the current situation of teachers' curriculum implementation,to analyze what is the problem and what are the advantages of saving grace.It is found in the survey that: firstly,some teachers can't effectively cultivate students' core quality by separating the core quality of geography from the implementation of geography courses.Secondly,there is still a single phenomenon in the course implementation mode.The questions are not flexible and the combination with information technology is rather stiff.Thirdly,the implementation of diversified evaluation method is not in place.Fourthly,the implementation of rural geography is weak,and the curriculum form of geography school is single.Lastly,the implementation of the geography curriculum software and hardware facilities is not perfect.In view of the above problems in the current situation,I put forward the following solutions.First,teachers should correctly recognize the core literacy,analyze the learning situation,accelerate the course implementation reform process,and put the cultivation of students' core literacy into practice.Secondly,diversified curriculum implementation methods,rational use of information technology means,pay attention to the flexibility of question asking,strengthen the ability of cultivating students to analyze and solveproblems,and promote the development of comprehensive thinking.Third,further promote the implementation of diversified evaluation methods,and truly achieve comprehensive evaluation,whole-process evaluation and all-staff evaluation.Fourth,strengthen the education of rural geography,implement the practical requirements of rural geography in the curriculum standards,enhance the awareness of curriculum development,innovate the development of school curriculum,and improve the quality of school curriculum.Fifth,improve the construction of software and hardware facilities for the implementation of geography courses,create geographic learning Spaces such as geography classrooms and parks,and plan teaching and research activities as a whole.
