As a frontline educator,the high school class teacher not only assumes the role of the organization and manager of the class learning,but also the organization and planner of the group activities,moral education educators,middle school student career planners,youth full-time psychological counselors,brain thinking Trainers,big data statisticians...Under the role of multiple specializations,high school class teachers have always been burdened with professional pressure from all aspects.Excessive occupational stress directly affects the inner mood and characterization behavior of the high school class teacher,which in turn has a serious impact on the management and teaching of the class students.This study takes the class teacher of ten high schools in Dalian as the research object,and understands the status quo of occupational stress of high school class teachers by means of data,personal interviews,questionnaires,etc.,analyzes the occupational stressors and causes,and gives corresponding mitigation strategies.Provide high school class teachers with a viable reference for dealing with occupational stress,and also provide a regional practice basis for education management.The study was conducted by 100 public high school class teachers from 5 public provincial demonstration high schools and 5 public general high schools in Dalian.Based on previous researches,the questionnaires suitable for this study were selected,and combined with the actual situation of ordinary high schools in Dalian and the characteristics of high school class teachers,personal interviews and actual feedback of questionnaires,revised and compiled “Dalian General High School”.The class teacher's occupational stress status questionnaire,through descriptive statistical analysis,t test,analysis of variance and other statistical methods to draw research conclusions:(1)The occupational pressure of the general high school class teacher in Dalian is generally too large.Among them,the factors that make the high school class teacher feel pressure include the workload of student management,teaching and research,and the burdens imposed by the high expectations of parents and society.(2)The differences in gender,age,professional title,grade of teaching,and whether to teach in the public-level provincial high-level demographic variables of the high school class have different degrees of influence on the professional pressure of the class teacher.This study analyzes causes of the above research conclusion,and from the education department,school and high school teacher in three aspects: put forward the corresponding mitigation strategies: ordinary high school class teacher professional pressure in dalian education department should raise welfare treatment of the high school teacher in charge,to eliminate worries about the teacher in charge of their own family life,at the same time,strengthen the education of the high school class teacher specialization,enhance teacher in student management,teaching and research sets the integration of the ability to work with confidence;Schools should develop and perfect the evaluation system of high school head teachers,establish a good and long-term incentive mechanism,establish and improve the psychological counseling system,to provide strong support for the professional development of head teachers;High school head teachers themselves should improve their education enthusiasm and work enthusiasm,improve the ability of self-regulation to cope with pressure and learn a variety of ways to cope with pressure regulation,at the same time,continue to learn,improve their comprehensive quality.
