In 2017,the Ministry of Education formulated and promulgated the "Standard of Ideological and Political Curriculum of General Senior High School ",which gives new connotation to the nature of the curriculum :" the basic task of ideological and political education in senior high school is to cultivate the socialist core values,which is to help students establish the correct political direction,improve the core accomplishment of ideological and political subjects,and enhance the ability of social understanding and participation.The ideological and political course follows the development trend of the times,devotes to realize the struggle goal of the new curriculum reform,has achieved great results in the process of practice.However,ideological and political teachers still have problems in using methods and methods to carry out teaching,which affects the realization of the expected teaching effect.According to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,it is necessary to use some new and beneficial teaching methods in combination with the needs of the society for high-quality talents and the requirements of the new curriculum reform.According to the relevant materials,this study combined with the problems found during the practice of teachers using problem teaching methods to carry out teaching,using the literature research method,observation method,case analysis method to carry out research,and strive to explore the application of problem teaching method in ideological and political teaching.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction part,briefly describes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,innovation and deficiencies.The second part summarizes the theoretical basis and characteristics of the problem teaching method through the research of the meaning of "problem teachingmethod ",and analyzes the significance of the application of problem teaching method in ideological and political teaching.The third part analyzes the present situation and the reasons of the problems in the application problem teaching method of ideological and political teaching.According to the observation,we can see that the application of problem teaching method in ideological and political teaching has made some achievements so far,but there are some problems,which are mainly manifested in the lack of pertinence of problem design,the fact that the problem situation is divorced from reality,the single fixed method of question and answer,and the neglect of the evaluation of students' answers.In view of the existing problems,there are three main aspects: the restriction of traditional teaching mode,the lack of teachers' professional accomplishment,and the influence of traditional teaching evaluation.The fourth part is to solve the problem,explore the ideological and political teaching application problem teaching methods to solve the problems,put forward reasonable design of problems,create life-oriented problem situations,innovative Q &A methods,improve the classroom evaluation of four specific implementation countermeasures.
