In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council make a series of significant decision and work arrangement on Chinese education and teaching,which points a direction for our vocational education development and provides a strength push power for vocational education reform.Teaching quality is the lifeline of the development of higher vocational colleges.The Outline of National Mediumand Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)proposed that vocational education should focus on improving the quality.The quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges is determined by many factors,such as the main functions and activities of higher vocational education,the quality of staff and the effect of students' learning,which will have a direct impact on the quality of talent training.However,at present,a lot of higher vocational colleges have not integrated these factors effectively.Therefore,we must analysis and evaluate the activities of these factors in a scientific way to promote the most potential of all aspects and ensure the training quality reaching the expected goal.Thus this paper will start from the above points,such as discovering problems,concluding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper will take vocational colleges in Shenyang as the main body of investigation.This paper is divided into five parts in structure.First,it introduces the necessity of this topic selection research.And then,it sorts out the relevant background and research results at home and abroad and introduces the theoretical basis,main concepts and research methods of the paper.On this basis,through the description of the current situation of the teaching quality system in Shenyang higher vocational colleges and the analysis of the relevant research data,learning from relevant experience at home and abroad.I propose the existing problems of teaching quality system in higher vocational colleges of Shenyang extend to the causes analysis of the existing problems in the teaching quality system of the higher vocational colleges of Shenyang and combine with the actual description.Finally,according to a comprehensive analysis of the above,there are some suggestions on the existing problems of teaching quality system in higher vocational colleges of Shenyang to improve the teaching quality level of the vocational colleges in Shenyang,and promote the long-term development of vocational colleges.
