In April,2018,the State Council has issued the guiding opinions of the State Council General Office on comprehensively strengthening the construction of small-scale rural schools and boarding schools in villages and towns,which proposes to strengthen the education and teaching management of the two types of schools(small-scale rural schools and boarding schools in villages and towns),we will deepen the reform of the education model,persist in taking students as the center,carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,and thoroughly implement quality-oriented education.Self-management ability is an important factor in the realization of educational reform,a necessary condition for the implementation of the liberal education,and a primary prerequisite for students to achieve lifelong education.Therefore,based on the background of policy and the needs of students' development,this paper studies the self-management of students in rural boarding junior high school.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to study the following aspects: First,through reading a large number of literature materials,explained the related concepts and basic theories.Secondly,according to the definition of related concepts,a questionnaire was designed,and then a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in boarding junior middle school in Huanren County,and interviews were conducted among three teachers in charge of the class.Third,through the investigation data and the interview content reorganization,we had a understanding of the student's self-management present situation,and discovered the questions of the students' self-management.Fourth,from the school factors,the family factors and the individual factors,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems.According to school,family and students,this paper advances some corresponding countermeasures to enhance the ability of students' self-management and promote the quality of students to improve and develop in an all-round way.At the same time,it also provides certain support for the school's education management and the education related department to promote the education reform.
