As China's urbanization progresses,the scope of expansion of county boarding junior high schools grows more and larger,and it has become the primary development pattern.In this setting,junior high school students' self-management has become a challenging challenge to handle.This study used the questionnaire and interview methods to learn management,life management,emotion management,health management,and human relations management five dimensions from junior middle school students in Z county of three typical boarding schools.It also used correlation analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,and an analysis of the current situation of junior middle school students.According to the survey results,Z county boarding junior high school students have some self-management skills and perform well in health management,but struggle with learning,life management,emotional management,time management,and interpersonal relationship management.Gender,grade,boarding or not,source of students,class position,grades,and father's education level all affect the independent management ability of junior middle school students in county boarding schools,according to demographic data.Finally,in light of the problems discovered during the investigation,the paper makes three recommendations to promote the development of independent management ability in junior high school students in the county boarding system:setting up the correct management concept,strengthening the system guarantee,giving play to the advantages of boarding school;Paying attention to home-school cooperation,changing the educational concept,improving the quality of parents;Establishing the students' dominant position,strengthening the consciousness of independent management,learning to regulate emotions,and enhancing their physical fitness.Students' self-management ability and self-management state can be improved in this way.In short,research uses genuine and effective data to assess and study the current state of students' self-management in boarding junior high schools.It is envisaged that via school management,parental cooperation,and the development of students' self-consciousness,chances for the development of students' self-management ability will be provided,fostering the development of their complete quality.
