In the "General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standards" released i n 2017,China proposed four core core qualities including geography practice,humanland coordination,regional cognition,and comprehensive thinking.And geographic practice as one of them has extremely important status.With the development of the core literacy of geography,many experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability of geography,and conduct a lot of related researches.The author uses the literature analysis method to sort out and summarize the literature published by experts and scholars,and finds that there are many researches on the cultivation methods and methods of geographic practice,but most of the research is directed at urban middle schools.Few studies.The practical research on rural high school geography practical ability not only provides richer materials and theoretical experience and help for rural high school teachers to carry out practical activities,but also has very important significance for the improvement of geographical practical ability theory.This research which takes rural high schools as the foothold adopts the questionnaire survey method in order to analyze the current situation of cultivating the geographical practice abilities between students and teachers in several rural high schools in Liaoning Province.There are five strategies for the cultivation of geographical practical ability in rural high schools,including the training strategies for geographical inspection and investigation capabilities,the research on the training strategies for geographic experimental capabilities,the research on the training strategies for geographic observation and observation capabilities,the analysis and resolution of geographic problems Cultivation strategies for strategic research and geographic production and mapping capabilities.Combining the teaching materials of the People's Education Edition,the teaching implementation cases corresponding to each strategy are proposed,which involve the key points and difficult knowledge in teaching that verify the feasibility of the strategy of cultivating geographical practical ability in rural high schools.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:According to the questionnaire survey on the cultivation of the geographical practical ability of rural high school students,the problems and reasons in the process of the cultivation of the geographical practical ability of the rural high school students are summarized: First,the rural high school students have insufficient knowledge of the geographical practical ability and lack practical experience,geographic practical ability such as Geographic observation ability,geographic experiment ability is veryweak.Second,rural high school teachers have less communication with the outside world,blocking of education information of rural secondary schools,which largely restricts the development of geographic practice activities.Third,rural high schools have not fully utilized the geographical resources they possess.Rural middle schools generally have a large number and variety of natural geographic resources.However,due to ideological and material constraints,they have not fully utilized them to make natural and good geography curriculum.Resources are idle.Fourth,the school does not pay enough attention to the practical ability of geography,but pays too much attention to the exams,Their awareness of cultivating students' geographic practical ability is weak,and lack the funding guarantee and hardware facilities for carrying out geographic practical activities.This paper proposes practical strategies for rural high school students 'practical skills training in geography: This paper proposes five strategies for rural high school students' practical skills training in geography,including geographic investigation ability training strategies,geographic experiment ability training strategies,geographic observation Research on the cultivation strategy of observation ability,geographic problem analysis and solution ability,and geographic production and mapping ability.According to these five aspects of the strategy,combined with the textbook and the actual situation of the students,specific practical activities are carry out.This article proposes specific cases on the basis of the strategies for developing rural high school students' practical ability in geography: For each strategy,combined with textbooks and the actual situation of rural high school students,it proposes 1 to 2specific teaching implementation cases,involving key points and difficulties,and has achieved significant results in the cultivation of geographic practical power in the practice process.It provides richer materials for rural high school teachers' practical activity classes,provides rural teachers with field practice activities,and provides certain theoretical and practical experience and help.
