In the Standards for Ideological and Political Curriculum of General Senior High School(2017 Edition),it is proposed to construct active subject courses led by the cultivation of core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,taking students as the core,improving teaching methods,and designing active subject courses around topics teaching.Issue-based teaching is a teaching method,which teachers select issues according to teaching goals and curriculum content,set situations and carry out activities to guide students to think and explore,discuss and analyze,and build a disciplinary knowledge system around issues to solve practical problems,and then cultivate core discipline literacy.Issue-based teaching is an innovation of traditional teaching methods.It has important application value in the teaching of politics in senior high school.It is conducive to fostering the core literacy of political disciplines.It is conducive to promoting the vitality of political class.It is also conducive to promoting the professional development of political teachers and the classroom subject consciousness of students.The use of issue-based teaching is an important measure to improve teaching quality in the context of the new curriculum reform.It is necessary to rationally set teaching issues,optimize teaching design,carry out inquiry teaching activities,give play to the role of teacher organization,implement the status of students' subjectivity,and carry out multi-teaching evaluation.This paper consists of four parts.The first part puts forward the background of the topic selection and the research significance,summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second part defines the basic content and basic requirement of issue-based teaching,and clarifies the theoretical basis of issue-based teaching.The third part combined with specific teaching cases,expounds the important value of issue-based teaching for highschool politics from the perspective of implementing new curriculum standards,improving the vitality of political courses,and promoting the common growth of teachers and students.The fourth part uses the method of combining theory with practice,combining education practice experience and teaching experience,and puts forward specific implementation strategies for the application of issue-based teaching in high school politics from the aspects of setting teaching issues,optimizing teaching design,positioning the role of teachers and students,and conducting teaching evaluation.
