Carrying out ideological and political education in primary schools is a very important part for the Communist Party of China to promote the construction of correct values for children.Strengthening the ideological,political and moral education of primary school students,helping them to set up lofty ideals and guiding them to establish socialist core values so that we can enhance the mental state of primary school students.Ideological and political education is not only for the growth of students,but also for achieving the bright future of the Chinese nations on the road to rejuvenation.This study is based on the scientific,systematic,oriented and Operability principles of index system construction.Using CIPP to build Evaluation Index System of ideological and moral education curriculum,combine Related Literature,Evaluation Guidance Document and a recording of an interview with the teacher to gain the final result.After forming the evaluation index system of ideological and political education curriculum in primary school,this study uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the specific weight of each index.The index weight of primary school ideological and political education curriculum evaluation is finally established after a series of steps,such as constructing judgment matrix and assigning value,hierarchical single ranking and consistency test,hierarchical total ranking and consistency test.At present,there are still some problems in the implementation of ideological and political education curriculum in primary schools,such as the purpose and target system of ideological and political education curriculum implementation,the lack of attention and enthusiasm of primary school students to ideological education curriculum,the lack of resources construction of ideological education curriculum in primary school,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of ideological education curriculum in primary school.This study suggests that in order to improve the effect of ideological and Political Education Curriculum in primary schools in Yunnan Province,students' enthusiasm in ideological and political education should be enhanced in many ways and excellent teachers from other provinces should be introduced.
