Yunnan Province, Physical Education Professionals In Training System

No matter basic educational reform , development of school P.E. and teacher's specialization, even save , protection and the inheritance of ethnic minority sports culture , and the intergration of plural culture with the development of national education, new professional sports instructors,especially in the ethnic minority area of Yunnan , will be supposed to posses special quality . Evidently , the special specification of professional training is significantly necessary. Not only to meet the reformation of basic educational sports and heath course , but also to shoulder the holy mission if transmission in national sports culture, P.E. teachers shoulder have deep cultural training of national sports , humane accomplishment and national education consciousness .Based on the questionnaire investigation, interview on the spot ,etc., however, we come to know the current situation of the sports teachers' quality in Yunnan . Most teachers have involved rigid ideology, low cultural level , thin course idea , lack of health knowledge , deviation of humane accomplishment ,etc, which falls far behind the requirements for teachers of development trend of contemporary education. Though Yunnan Province some school sports institutes or department have carried on the reform and exploration to curriculum system of professional training to transform and construct reasonable sports course system for P.E. major. But, regardless of the contemporary educational reform and the development characteristic of local education in Yunnan, the constraint of the old conception has not been got rid of all the time.We maintain sports instructors of Yunnan in future will be supposed to have such qualities: abundant national cultural knowledge, skilled national sports skill , comprehesive national cultural psychology , intense consciousness of cultural transmission, preceding sports course conception , exemplary healthy sports habits, according to the request of the course view of new sports and national education. So, we make great efforts to set up characteristic sports curriculum system of P.E. in Yunnan The system is. supposed to reflect era , healthy , normal school , entity , operational , humanity to make great efforts. Among them, humanity includes national characteristic , culture and artistry, the health reflects sports and healthy integration especially, and study entity , vocational skills and teach and grind promptly operationally clinically.
