China has a long history and culture,a vast region,different regions have their own unique museum resources,and the development of various Museum curriculum resources is of great significance to enrich the history teaching in middle schools.The new edition of history curriculum standards of junior and senior high schools in China points out that museum resources are important types of history curriculum resources,and the professional characteristics of history discipline itself also need to introduce Museum curriculum resources with physical,intuitive and vivid features into teaching,which is of great significance for middle school history teaching to adapt to the new curriculum reform and innovative teaching methods.However,at present,the development of Museum curriculum resources still has some problems,such as low attention,simple form of development and so on.Although the local museum resources are unique and regional,there are also problems that are inconsistent with the overall historical development of the country and cannot correspond with the teaching materials one by one.In this regard,based on the integration of previous literature and materials,this paper adopts the methods of field investigation,questionnaire survey and other research methods.Taking the Museum of Dongying City as an example,it discusses how to effectively apply the local museum resources to the history teaching of middle school,and tries to find the teaching methods applicable to other areas.This paper first discusses the importance of developing local museum resources for middle school history teaching from the perspective of students,teachers and the museum itself;secondly,through on-the-spot investigation,it obtains the current situation of museum resources in Dongying City and the development of middle school history teaching.The research finds that there are limited resources,lagged explanations,and lack of innovation in exhibition forms and activities in museums In order to better introduce the local museum resources into the history teaching of middle school,this paper proposes to integrate into the classroom teaching,set up relevant school-based courses and carry out comprehensive practical activities according to the survey results,domestic experience and the author's own teaching practice And so on.The development and utilization of local museum resources need the active cooperation of middle school history teachers and Museum personnel,and the combination of Museum and school.Both sides should establish a long-term andeffective cooperation mechanism,take a variety of forms in combination with teaching objectives and students' own characteristics,and carry out appropriate theme education activities,so as to promote the overall development of students.
