Research On The Physical Health Test Of Ordinary High School Students In Wanzhou District

This study takes the physical fitness test of ordinary high school students in Wanzhou District as the research object,and selects 10 ordinary high schools in Wanzhou District,and studies the physical education teachers and students in these 10 ordinary high schools as the investigation objects.Literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,data analysis and other research methods,through a combination of wanzhou district of average high school student physique health test work conducted by field observation,from the physical fitness test before after work,test and test work of wanzhou district three levels: ordinary high school students physical health test were studied.The results showed that the time period of physical fitness test in ordinary high schools in Wanzhou district was not reasonable,and the specific time of the test was not clearly specified.High school students in Wanzhou District have insufficient cognition of the physical health test.There are not many cognitive channels for the physical health test.Students have insufficient initiative to get in touch with the knowledge of physical health.Common high school testers in Wanzhou District are relatively unified,but there are still other testers,and the relevant training for testers is not perfect.Physical health testers in common high school in Wanzhou District do not receive many times of physical health related training,and the training content is relatively simple.The physical health test of ordinary high school in Wanzhou District has great influence on the content of physical education;During the test,there was a bad atmosphere in the field,with frequent occurrence of students watching and playing,and the on-site supervision of the test was completely blank.There are various types of data analysis in Wanzhou District,but the specific implementation is not enough,the form of test data feedback is still improved,and the evaluation of test work and test result based on schools is not perfect.The sampling time line of physical health test for ordinary high school students in Wanzhou District is too long,and the sampling mechanism is not perfect enough to guarantee the supervision effect of the test.The measurement of physical education teachers’ test workloadand the payment of test allowance have not been implemented.In view of the above problems,based on the relevant reality of ordinary high schools in Wanzhou District,this study puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)Set up separate physical health tests;(2)The publication of the relevant content of the Standard is the physical health test brochure;(3)Replace physical health test with physical health meeting;(4)Implement the learning methods and after-class practice mechanism;(5)Carry out evaluation and feedback based on the teaching class;(6)Implement the annual sampling test mechanism and improve the sampling test process;...
