Strategic Research On The Development Of Reserve Talents For Volkswagen Golf In My Country

Chinese golf is gradually developing healthy.The development of golf must be driven by talent development.The training of reserve talents enters a diversified and open transformation period.At present,the development of golf in China is gradually accelerating,the demand for related talents is large,and the existing talents are in short supply.Therefore,we must focus on the training and development of the public reserve talents,and provide sufficient talent support for the development of golf competition and related industries in China.Therefore,the strategic research on the development of China’s golf reserve talents is of great significance.This article studies the development strategy of reserve talents for Golf in China.The literature method is used to lay the theoretical foundation and research ideas.The survey method is used to obtain the current status of China’s golf development and the cultivation of reserve talents.The SWOT method is used to analyze the development of reserve talents.The logical analysis is used to study the information and content obtained,so as to draw relevant conclusions.The following viewpoints are formed through research: First,the advantage of China’s golf reserve talent cultivation lies in the optimistic development prospects of related industries,while the disadvantage is that China’s golf history is too short for an effective talent cultivation and supply mechanism to be formed.Second,the opportunity for the cultivation of golf reserve talents in China lies in the broad development space brought by the return of golf to the Olympic Games,but at the same time it is also facing the challenge of insufficient golf market and industry.Thirdly,the development of China’s golf talents should be comprehensively promoted in terms of improving relevant policies and systems,increasing support for industrial construction,building bridges for school-enterprise talent training,and encouraging social organizations to participate in training reserve talents.Fourth,suggestion is promoted that the policy support is necessary,and the participation of young people should be focused so that the long-term development of the golf public reserve talent training project could be ensured.
