| In order to adapt to the changes in the demand for talents brought about by social and economic development,and cultivate applied high-quality technical talents in line with the needs of social development,the state vigorously develops vocational education and encourages the creation of a variety of school running modes,however," counterparty education " and comprehensive high schools are not well understood by the society as new modes of admission and running schools.In order to explore why the education structure of general vocational integration can meet the requirements of the society for talent development,students’ personalized development and comprehensive development,how to achieve effective diversion,and also to make the society have a more comprehensive understanding of "counterparty education" and the development of comprehensive high schools,this study summarizes the development background,the present situation,the difficulties,reform path,the necessity and importance of "counterparty education",this paper expounds the development of Chinese comprehensive high school background,connotation and characteristics,summarizes the plight of the comprehensive high school in recent years the development of our country and the reform path and the importance of Chinese comprehensive high school development and feasibility through literature analysis.This study takes A middle school as a case,conducts background investigation and current situation investigation on A middle school,and summarizes the good achievements of A middle school in implementing"counterparty education" in its transformation to comprehensive high school in recent ten years.A satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to current and graduated students of the corresponding class of A middle school,and demographic characteristics analysis and questionnaire results analysis were conducted.Interviews were conducted with students,parents and leaders of the corresponding class of A middle school.It is concluded that the students are satisfied with the specialty,school management,curriculum,teachers and counterpart enrollment of a middle school.This paper analyzes the reasons why A middle school has achieved good performance,and thinks that the main reasons for the good results of A middle school lie in the ability to judge the situation,adjust measures to the school conditions and reasonable school management.In the transformation of a middle school,the comprehensive high school has established the school running mode of "one main body and two wings",implemented the "counterpart enrollment",realized the educational function,and achieved the double improvement of economic and social benefits.This study also discusses the dilemma faced by A middle school,A middle school mainly encountered problems such as imperfect policies and systems and difficulties in connecting universities,and introduces in detail the school-running principle,philosophy,education and teaching management of its "one principal and two wings" school-running mode,as well as the process of realizing secondary diversion by this mode,hoping to provide some experience for the development of other comprehensive high schools. |
