| Children’s social withdrawal behavior refers to children’s behavior of staying alone across time and situations in familiar or unfamiliar social situations.Social withdrawal includes silence,active withdrawal and passive withdrawal.Among them,passive withdrawal refers to children’s desire to communicate with their peers,but they have to play alone because of their lack of social skills.This paper is a case study of intervention for children with passive withdrawal.According to the influencing factors of children’s passive withdrawal,the intervention plan is made to provide effective strategies for parents and teachers to cultivate children’s peer interaction and reduce passive withdrawal.By using observation,interview,questionnaire and other methods,the researcher selects a middle class social withdrawal child from Nanjing G Kindergarten,pays attention to his behavior in the kindergarten regional games,collective activities,one-day life and other scenes,and analyzes the reasons for his social withdrawal from three aspects: the child himself,the teacher and the parents.Based on this,the intervention program was made,and the intervention lasted for 8 weeks according to the actual situation of children.The behavior of children was tested before and after,and the effect of intervention was evaluated.After 8 weeks of intervention,the children’s peer communication ability has improved,and the frequency of pro-social behavior has increased,and the passive withdrawal behavior has decreased compared with before.No longer always through crying to express their emotions,start to learn to express their ideas to others;basically can do what they can,improve independence;reduce the frequency of violating discipline,improve the awareness of rules;share,cooperation and other pro-social behaviors increase,more easily accepted by peers.The conclusion of this study is that comprehensive intervention on children’s behavior and living environment can effectively reduce children’s social passive withdrawal behavior,at the same time,intervention on children with withdrawal can help to increase the interaction between teachers and children.In the process of intervention,we should pay attention to the effective communication with parents and give full play to the auxiliary role of family. |
