A Study On The Employment Promotion Policy Of College Graduates In Liaoning Province

In recent years,the employment problem of college graduates is a hot topic.With the transformation of the national economic construction,the economic development of Liaoning Province which has a traditional heavy industry development history has entered a stage of transformation,and accordingly the demand and supply of talents in the employment market have changed.In view of this situation,the Liaoning provincial government has also introduced on the promotion of college graduates employment policy.Liaoning Province has many universities,mainly in Shenyang and Dalian,and every year the large-scale number of graduates making the employment problem has become a hot topic.Based on the present situation of employment promotion policy which carried out in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the promotion policy of the college graduates,and explains the problem of it.Such as the policy implementation is not in place,the employment conditions are limited,fragmentation of policy system,weak effect of policy implementation,difficulty in employment service and so on.These problems are the constraints of restricting the implementation of employment promotion policies,and considering for these problems the author comes up with the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment policy of college graduates in Liaoning Province,that is,improving the management measures in the policy own construction,supervision management and service means.Through the research on the employment promotion policy of the college graduates in Liaoning Province,this paper encourages and helps more college graduates to quickly enter the society and the employment position,and to contribute more power for the country's economic development and social progress.At the same time,it can also provide more reference and help for the development of college graduates' employment policy in other provinces and cities.
