Teachers are an important pillar of education,and teachers' literacy has a direct impact on educational achievements.It is not only the requirement of the development of the times but also the necessity of the development of the subject.It is a systematic project to run ideological and political courses well,the key of which is to improve the quality of teachers.As an important part of the huge teaching team,high school teachers of ideological and political courses play an important role in the work of building up people by virtue.Based on this,this research selects the high school ideological and political course teacher as the main body,takes the teacher accomplishment promotion as the breakthrough point,explores the new era high school ideological and political course teacher essential accomplishment and the promotion strategy.First of all,by analyzing the "new" background of the new era and combining the characteristics of the ideological and political curriculum of senior high school,this paper discusses the new mission of cultivating the core accomplishment and the responsibility of building up people by virtue.Expounding the improvement of literacy also has new practical significance under the new era background.Secondly,according to the expectation and requirement of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era,and closely combined with the speech of "six wants" ideological and political teachers,this paper summarizes the qualities that high school ideological and political teachers must have in the new era,including political literacy,moral literacy,professional literacy and physical and mental literacy,and contains the characteristics and requirements of the new era in the specific content of literacy.Thirdly,through the observation method,the literature method and the interview method,this paper expounds the achievements and the existing problems of the teachers' accomplishment of the current high school ideological and political courses,including the lack of Marxist ideals and beliefs,teachers' moral anomie,learning ability and innovation ability,physical and mental health problems,etc.Finally,it puts forward some promotion strategies: following the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches,the government continues to play a leading role in coordination and coordination,the society creates a good atmosphere to support the professional development of high school ideological and politicalteachers,schools implement policies to build platforms,teachers give full play to their subjective initiative to achieve unity of knowledge and practice.
