| In the report at 19th CPC national Congress,General secretary XiJinping made c lear that sticking to law-based governance in all fields is the basic principle of our co untry.We should promote law-based governance of the country in all-round way and construct socialist legal system country.This becomes one urgent topic and task to fur ther strengthen and improve the students' legal literacy at present.High school studen ts are the important force in the China's modernization process in the future and their 1 evel of legal literacy is directly related to China's socialist modernization process.Because of the importance of strengthening the senior students' cultivation of lega I quality,it becomes one of the focus topics for the experts and scholars to find out ho w to make use of political lessons,the education carrier.Besides they should do resear ch on how to impart the legal knowledge to senior students and how to cultivate the s tudents' legal quality.Therefore,my paper is mainly about the present situation of high school political lessons by using documents and questionairs.At the same time,I will find out its shor tings and deficiencies.Combining with my own teaching practice,I managed to work out some correspounding strategies to overcome the shortings and cultivate the studen ts' legal quality during my teaching,making teaching process are close to the students'practical situation.It's necessary for me to find out the strategies to cultivate the stude nts' legal quality during my teaching.The main content of this paper is as follows.Fir stly,I do research on the concept of legal literacy and theory related to politics lessons.Secondly,I mainly analyze the present situation and problems in politics and find not the specific reasons for the lack of the law in the education of average high school.Lastly,I put forward and demonstrate the proposals and suggestions of strengthening h igh school students' legal education. |
