Research On The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers' Integration Into The "Four Line" Cities

Urbanization is the inevitable result of social and economic development to a certain stage,to promote China's economic development and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas is of great importance.Urban migrant workers into the situation of urbanization has accelerated or delayed effect,so the rural migrant workers in cities are great significance to the development of urbanization of our country.Migrant workers is not well integrated into the city will not only affect the progress of the construction of the new type of urbanization in China and quality,and will bring a series of social problems,affect social and economic development.In order to promote rural migrant workers into the city,the government adopted a series of measures,has obtained certain result,but the overall effect is not ideal.Investigate its reason,mainly on the influencing factors of rural migrant workers in cities into a lack of system,the objective knowledge.So at this stage on the influence factor of rural migrant workers in cities into research has important theoretical and practical significance.As there is a difference of the urban scale,space position,function,positioning,etc.so in different types of urban migrant workers into the differences exist,the influencing factors of rural migrant workers in cities into will also differ.New urbanization key cultivation and development of small towns urbanization provides power for four tier cities,this situation makes the migrant workers of the four tier cities into the solution of the problem is particularly important and urgent.For migrant workers,therefore,the influence factors of the four tier cities in this research are great significance,which is the background of my choice.Firstly,the concept of urban integration,migration theory,dual economy,theoretical basis and migrant workers and urban integration,four tier cities,has conducted the research,the definition and the method of literature research,to domestic and foreign research literature about migrant workers four tier cities into the dynamic system analysis and review,provide literature basis and theoretical basis for the following research.Then the paper on the basis of existing research results,combined with the feature of four tier cities,the influential factors of the migrant workers in cities into four system study of the influence of migrant workers in cities into four factors of personal factors,economic factors,social factors and psychological factors of 4 class level indicators and 12 secondary indicators,and put forward about the city into the relationship between various factors and peasants 12 hypotheses.On the basis,the paper from four aspects of the influence factors of the Chenzhou city migrant workers into the descriptive statistical analysis.Then the paper with "settling down in city" as the dependent variable,by personal factors,economic factors,social factors and psychological factors under the four indexes of 12 secondary indicators as independent variables,using Logistic regression model on the influence factors on the impact strength and direction of the peasant worker's settling down in city intend to has carried on the empirical analysis,to the 12 hypotheses proposed above verification,to further understand the influence factors of the four tier cities into rural migrant workers.Finally,the paper from the government level,social level and individual level put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the migrant workers in four tier cities.
