The Research On The Influencing Factors And The Realization Path Of Migrant Workers' City Integration

The emerging class of migrant workers has appeared the period of reform and opening, which is an important symbol of the social development in our country. They contribute to the development of a national urban with own strength, they leave rural areas and go into the city, They are restricted by various institutional factors in living in the city, they always live at the edge of the city and did not really integrate into the city, which affected the propulsion of urbanization in our country in a certain extent. Therefore, solving the problem of migrant workers' city integration has become urgent, how to make migrant workers integrate into the city to become a member of them has become a major issue in the process of urbanization in our city, which can't be avoided.This paper builds the research framework on the basis of analyzing the relevant theories and existing research systematically about migrant workers' city integration, making research hypotheses from the levels of individuals, families and society, using two methods of Descriptive Statistics and Regression of Binary Logistic to analyze the influencing factors about migrant workers integrate into the city, drawing relevant conclusions and verify the relevant assumptions, finally, design of the path to realize migrant workers' city integration.Firstly, this paper investigate and analysis the background and significance of the research about migrant workers' city integration, carding the relevant concepts, theories and literature review systematically about migrant workers' city integration, summing up the influencing factors about migrant workers integrate into the city from three aspects: individual level influencing factors, family level influencing factors and social level influencing factors, selecting the research methods of this paper, putting forward the research framework and research hypothesis and assigning to the independent variable and the dependent variable.Secondly, this paper makes an empirical research about migrant workers' city integration. Taking the form of questionnaire to collect relevant research data; selecting the migrant workers about regions of Jinan City as the research object and analyzing the empirical data with SPSS17.0 statistical software. In the first part, collected data were analyzed by statistics and descriptive statistics and concluded the frequency and percentage of each variable. The second part, making chi-square test between influencing factors and willingness to stay in the city, draw the significant results of the influencing factors on the willingness to stay in the city. The third part, the logistic regression model was constructed, using Regression of Binary Logistic analysis the results that the willingness to stay in the city about the migrant workers who younger, higher education level, having the rural registered permanent residence, a small number of children, process more years, spouse work together in the same city, high monthly income levels, high level of job satisfaction, city life satisfaction is high and participate in the social insurance is higher than the migrant workers who older, low degree of culture, having small town residence, more children, process fewer years, spouse in the hometown, monthly income level is low, low job satisfaction, low satisfaction of city life and did not participate in the social insurance.Finally, this paper designs the realization path about migrant workers' city integration: government play the role of helper, promoting migrant workers integrate into the city; social play the role of pull person, pulling migrant workers integrate into the city; Migrant workers themselves play the role of drive, driving migrant workers integrate into the city.
