Since the 21st century,provincial economy has developed rapidly in China and the industrial scale has been expanded obviously.Also the level of industrial quality has been improved rapidly.But there are also many problems:the level of science,technology and output efficiency between provinces is quite different,which is much more difficult to enhance the quality of the provincial industry.This will affect the industrial development and economic transformation and upgrading.Therefore,the research about the industrial quality between inter-provincials is not only to understand the impact of the technical and efficiency factors on industrial quality,but also to understand the inter-provincial differences in the level of industrial quality.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of the industry from the provincial level.Taking the efficiency and technical factors of each province as the starting point,it analyzes the industrial quality situation among the provinces and explores the mechanism of the factors that affect the quality of the industry,so as to improve the industry healthy and orderly development.First of all,the article elaborates the background and significance of the industry quality,etc.,also to sort out the literature at home and abroad,and reviews the relevant theory of industrial quality.Second,by analyzing the rate of added value and technical complexity index,the paper analyzes of provincial industry quality.Third,by means of the input-output analysis method and the structural decomposition analysis,the model of the industrial growth source decomposition is constructed,and obtains the data of the provincial industrial quality improvement and the scale-increasing contribution to the added value,and analyzes the industrial development from the perspective of industrial quality.Finallry,the hierarchical clustering and principal component analysis methods are used to analyze the provincial industrial quality data,and obtains the classification and evaluation ranking of the industry quality.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized and the policy suggestions are put forward Measures.In this paper,through a variety of methods of research,we can obtain the provincial level of industrial quality and the conclusions are basically in line with the provincial economic development and industrial development stage.The concrete conclusion is as follows:(1)For the three industries,if the geographical environment is better and the agricultural infrastructure is advanced,the quality of the first industry is better;if the market economy is active and the proportion of the heavy chemical industry is not big,the quality of the second industry is better;developed economy and talent gathered in the region,the tertiary industry has higher quality.(2)For the comparison between provinces,the results of hierarchical clustering analysis are generally classified according to the eastern and western regions,and the industry quality level is also quite the same in provinces about having similar resource quality;then for the provincial ranking of principal component analysis,the eastern provinces of economic development and market economy Active have higher rank,but the province has lower rank about the industrial quality that the industry posed to the heavy chemical industry and the market economy is not active.
