Research On The Present Situation,problems And Optimizing Strateies Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations Participating In Targeted Poverty Alleviation Through Tourism

Since the beginning of the middle and late 1980s when tourism poverty alleviation has been implemented,the rural collective economic organization with the nature of socialist public ownership plays an irreplaceable important role and it has the property of socialist public ownership which conform to the goal of targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation aimed at achieving poverty alleviation and sustainable development.The 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China has been successfully held,the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has been specially proposed,innovation reform of the series system including the rural land "three-power separation" has also been clearly put forward.The conference provides a powerful guide to the direction of thought weapons and science for optimizing the allocation of resources and assets that are closely related to the targeted poverty alleviation projects in rural collective economic organizations,gathering members of the poor and other members to participate in targeted poverty alleviation activities,making full use of all kinds of targeted poverty alleviation policies,encouraging members of the poor collective to take an active part in anti-poverty activities such as targeted poverty alleviation in order to make full use of all kinds of targeted poverty alleviation policy and finally achieving accurate poverty alleviation and collective economic organization to grow simultaneously.In literature analysis,legal inter:pretation,and on the basis of investigation and study,this paper expounds the rural collective economic organ,izations in poverty alleviation and the current situation of tourism precision,combed the rural collective economic organizations in the tourism accurately the problems faced in the poverty alleviation,and then puts forward the rural collective economic organizations to participate in tourism optimizing strateies of precision for poverty alleviation.
