The engineering consulting industry of china has made considerable progress during the past few decades.But there is still a wide gap between its overall level of development and that of developed countries.Moreover,the development levels of the industry of different cities are also uneven in China,and it is eager to promote the competitiveness of the industry.So this paper focuses on the competitiveness model of Engineering Consulting industry and Competitiveness Evaluation System taking an empirical analysis with the industry of Shenyang.Moreover,it provides references for the competitiveness research of engineering consulting industry for other cities or regions.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the engineering consulting industry at home and abroad to summarize the status quo and trends,and discusses the research content,route methods and innovation of the paper.The second chapter elaborates the basic concepts,contents and related basic theories and methods of this paper.The third chapter analyzes and studies the characteristics and problems of the engineering consulting industry in China through the analysis of the relevant data of the engineering consulting industry in ENR and Statistical Yearbook.The results show that the development of engineering consulting industry in China is slowing down,This paper draws the future development trend of engineering consulting industry in our country,and points out the factors influencing the competitive ability of engineering consulting industry in the later part of the paper.In this paper,the author analyzes the development trend of engineering consulting industry in China,The choice of doing research bedding.The fourth chapter,based on the questionnaire survey and the expert interview method,identified four primary factors and 15 secondary factors which constitute the competitiveness system of the engineering consulting industry,which is the competitiveness model of the engineering consulting industry and the competitiveness evaluation system of the engineering consulting industry.And builds up the research foundation;establishes the index system,clarifies the function relationship between the competitiveness of the engineering consulting industry,constructs the competitiveness model of the engineering consulting industry;assigns each index weight by the analytic hierarchy process,establishes the competitiveness evaluation of the engineering consulting industry System,and to determine the competitiveness of the engineering consulting industry rating standards.On the basis of the above,the fifth chapter makes an empirical analysis of Shenyang City.First of all,it uses the evaluation system of engineering consulting industry competitiveness to evaluate the competitiveness of Shenyang Engineering Consulting Industry,and obtains the status quo of Shenyang Engineering Consulting Industry.Secondly,it analyzes the main problems of the competitiveness of engineering consulting industry in Shenyang.Finally,according to the factor mechanism of engineering consulting industry competitiveness model,the paper puts forward the pertinent countermeasure of Shenyang engineering consulting industry development.
